Twisted Willows – Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely thrilled with your tallow cream purchase. If anything isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not 100% happy with your tallow cream for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees).
2. Eligibility for Return
• The product must be returned within 30 days from the date you received it.
• Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them (at least 80% of the product remaining). We understand you may need to try a small amount to test for skin compatibility.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all labels intact.
• Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased with a non-refundable promo code are not eligible for return.
3. Hygiene & Safety
Because our tallow creams are personal-care skincare products:
• We cannot accept returns on products that have been extensively used or appear unhygienic.
• Any product that shows signs of tampering or contamination will not be eligible for refund.
4. How to Return
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] or through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the return authorization number, and ship it back to the address we provide.
4. We recommend using a tracked shipping method—you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items).
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your tallow cream arrives damaged, leaked, or you received the wrong product/scent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) — whichever you prefer.
7. Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards
• Items on final sale or purchased during a “no-returns” promotion
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
