We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Twisted Willows. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refund:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-refundable Items:

• Gift cards, personalized products, or perishable goods are not eligible for a refund.

• We will issue a return shipping label if applicable, and once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
